We are a leading European company specializing in transfers to ski resorts, with over 15 years of successful experience. We take pride in our impeccable reputation among hundreds of thousands of satisfied clients. We aim to revolutionize the ski industry and are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Business Owner to join the Alps2Alps team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Business Owner for Ski Passes to join the Alps2Alps team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling ski pass sales, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work cross-functionally with the sales team, manage operational processes, and lead product development from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a ski passes marketplace from scratch to launch

Hire and build a high-performing team, recruiting key roles to support long-term growth

Oversee operational control of key business metrics, ensuring optimization and sustainable business continuity.

Take full ownership of the project’s P&L and financial management, driving profitability and cost-efficiency.

Ensure the product’s functionality meets core customer needs and exceeds expectations in terms of quality.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in C level roles, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment

Proven expertise in launching new products from 0 to 1 (from concept to scalable product)

Experience in hiring and managing a team of 20+ members

Proven track record in managing sales departments

Experience in the travel or ski industry is a plus

Go-to-market strategy, financial and economical understanding

Structured mindset for strategic thinking and efficient process management.

KPI & bonus:

By the end of 2027, achieve a profit of $1.5M and receive a bonus of 50% of the profit, amounting to $750K.
