Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking an Entertainment Supervisor to ensure the smooth delivery of entertainment during shifts and to provide exceptional guest experiences. This role combines operational leadership with guest-focused execution across all departments, including handling queries, VIPs, and special requests while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will lead by example, motivate teams, and coordinate with managers to resolve issues quickly, ensuring entertainment aligns with brand standards

Warner Hotels are recruiting for an EntertainmentSupervisor. The Entertainment Supervisor is responsible for the smooth delivery of entertainment during their shift, ensuring a high standard of service and a positive guest experience. The role combines operational leadership with a practical, guest-focused approach, making sure every detail is well managed while responding effectively to any challenges that arise.

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Act as theonshiftleader acrossthedepartment.
• Monitor operational standards and efficiency in all areas.
• Coordinate with department managers to resolve issues promptly.

Guest Service & Experience

• Serve as the main guest contact during the shift.
• Handle queries, complaints, VIPs, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain visibility in public areas to support engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide onshift support and guidance to teams across all departments.
• Motivate teams and lead by example with a positive, collaborative approach.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to H&S regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Act as the person responsible for emergency procedures, fire safety, and first aid.
• Complete incident reports and escalat as needed.
• Monitor upselling opportunities across rooms, F&B, leisure, and retail.
• Ensure correct cash handling and billing processes.
• Support cost control while protecting guest experience.

Communication & Reporting

• Conduct thorough shift handovers to ensure smooth continuity.
• Prepare shift reports on key events, feedback, and challenges.
• Communicate urgent matters to senior leadership promptly.

Event & Function Support

• Liaise withorganisersand internal teams to ensure requirements are met.

Problem Solving & Crisis Management

• Take decisive action during emergencies or unexpected issues.
• Coordinate teams tominimisedisruption and ensure guest safety

Behaviours,Skills& Experience

• Strong knowledge of live event coordination and technical requirements.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in entertainment operations or supervisory roles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of guest experience impact.
