RDP Creative in London is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to lead a key client relationship within the License Product Industry. You will manage day-to-day relationships, identify growth opportunities and work closely with cross-functional teams from briefing through to delivery.

This in-office role offers a £40,000–£48,000 salary plus an uncapped commission opportunity, with a clear path to develop your career within a growing design and promotional products business.

• Experience in licensing, manufacturing, or promotional products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships across your portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships that drive client satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Understand client objectives, capture briefs accurately and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, aiming to respond within 24 hours.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts, generate additional revenue and introduce new products and ideas.
• Work with your Account Director to develop and deliver account growth plans.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations and new business opportunities.
• Take ownership of your commercial objectives and actively contribute to account profitability.
• Work in partnership with Project Managers and internal teams to deliver projects from concept through to production and delivery.
• Help coordinate timelines, budgets, resources and client expectations to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed of progress, risks and key milestones.
• Ensure project briefs, approvals and deliverables are accurately captured and communicated.
• Maintain accurate client, opportunity and pipeline information in our CRM.
• Support account planning, financial reporting and profitability reviews.
• Ensure relevant contracts, testing and compliance documentation are maintained.
• Look for ways to improve processes, collaboration and the overall client experience.
