Job summary

Sky is establishing a new Enterprise Assurance capability within the Group Risk Office to provide a risk-based approach to policies, controls and governance. This is a unique chance to shape enterprise-wide assurance from the ground up, partnering with senior leaders to drive visibility of control health across Sky.

• Ability to translate findings into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance across Sky's technical policy and control environment.
• Assess policy adherence, controls and governance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with policy owners and experts to strengthen ownership of controls.
• Help shape the Enterprise Assurance framework, methodologies, and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve assurance through data, reporting, and automation.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for leaders.
