Liberty Blume in Bradford (BD4) is seeking a Senior Manager, EPM Managed Services to own and develop the EPM service function, primarily supporting OneStream and Oracle EPM Cloud for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting and reporting.

This hybrid role covers day-to-day service delivery, incident, change and release management, stakeholder engagement, and continual improvement to protect critical processes and align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading application support or managed services for enterprise EPM platforms, ideally OneStream and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Strong practical knowledge of OneStream workflows, business rules, reporting, integrations, data loads, security and production troubleshooting.
• Demonstrable experience of incident, problem, request, change, release and service-level management in a business-critical environment.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and the operational calendar that supports these processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the EPM managed service operating model, service catalogue, support processes and governance across OneStream and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Define and monitor service levels, operational KPIs, risk indicators and customer satisfaction measures.
• Chair service reviews, communicate performance and risks, and agree improvement priorities with stakeholders.
• Maintain clear ownership, escalation paths, runbooks, support documentation and knowledge articles.
• Ensure services comply with security, access, audit, financial control and data governance requirements.
