Liberty Blume is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to own the EPM Managed Services function in a hybrid role based in Bradford. You will lead service delivery for OneStream and Oracle EPM Cloud, ensuring reliable incident, change and release management, governance and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will collaborate with finance stakeholders, Enterprise Systems and delivery partners to drive continuous improvement, governance, and go-to-market opportunities while maintaining production

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading application support or managed services for enterprise EPM platforms, ideally OneStream and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of OneStream workflows, business rules, reporting and data loads.
• Proven incident, problem, request, change and release management in a production environment.
• Experience governing minor enhancements, release testing and safe production transitions.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier leadership, with ability to translate priorities into backlogs.

Responsabilités

• Own the EPM managed service operating model, service catalogue, support processes and governance across OneStream and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Define and monitor service levels, KPIs, risk indicators and customer satisfaction measures.
• Chair service reviews, communicate performance and risks, and agree improvement priorities with stakeholders.
• Maintain runbooks, support documentation and knowledge articles.
• Lead incident, service request, problem and change management for production EPM applications.
• Coordinate triage, root-cause analysis, resolution and stakeholder communications for critical issues.
• Plan and assure readiness for month-end, quarter-end and year-end cycles.
• Plan vendor releases, patches, testing, deployment and post-release validation.
• Oversee application health monitoring, integrations, data loads and scheduled processes.
• Build trusted relationships with finance customers, product owners and delivery partners.
