Job summary

Zip is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive pre-sales technical engagement across the EMEA region. You will champion the Zip platform, translating client needs into compelling demonstrations and proofs of concept, while collaborating with account executives to move deals to closure.

Responsibilities

• Actively support Zip’s sales efforts across EMEA through discovery, demos, and handling questions.
• Own response delivery for customer questions, demos, RFx, and questionnaires.
• Partner with Sales to achieve sales objectives and close deals.
• Lead technical discovery meetings to document business and technical needs for detailed proposals.
• Validate integration strategies that meet client needs and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate with Post-Sales to ensure smooth handover from sale to onboarding.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and products.
