Job summary

IBM HashiCorp Solutions Engineer in London, hybrid work arrangement, partners with Sales Executives to support the customer journey from pipeline creation to renewals.

You will demonstrate technical wins, drive adoption, and provide authoritative DevOps guidance across cloud, security and infra; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in DevOps concepts, IT operations, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
• Experience implementing software products or solutions in large enterprise companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for complex technical problems.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering and Customer Success.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Trusted Advisor to aligned accounts, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Influence decisions through presentations, demos, technical engagements and workshops.
• Guide customers through a value realization journey aligned to strategic priorities, designing technical and business-focused solutions.
• Demonstrate the business value of HashiCorp solutions in solving customer problems and achieving outcomes.
• Participate in customer QBRs, cadence calls and roadmap sessions to support success.
• Drive expansion and adoption of multi-product integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product Management and Engineering.
• Provide authoritative guidance on DevOps concepts and related technologies.
