Job summary

Energy One Limited is seeking an experienced Software Implementation Consultant to join our delivery team and lead the implementation of our enterprise energy trading, workflow automation and operational platforms for customers across the UK and Europe.

You will work with customers to capture objectives, challenge existing processes, configure software, run workshops, deliver training and support go-live, while coordinating with Project Managers and technical specialists to deliver projects

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in enterprise software implementations.
• Experience leading customer workshops.
• Strong business analysis and requirements management.
• Experience documenting business processes and workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to travel across UK & Europe.
• Experience configuring software platforms, not bespoke development.
• Able to manage multiple priorities across several concurrent projects.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyse and document business requirements, processes and operational workflows.
• Challenge and refine customer requirements to ensure alignment with product capabilities and industry best practices.
• Produce clear requirements documentation and obtain formal customer sign-off.
• Configure enterprise software solutions to meet agreed business requirements.
• Design and configure workflow and automation processes within low-code and configurable software platforms.
• Facilitate requirement validation, solution walkthroughs and customer demonstrations.
• Deliver user training and support change adoption activities.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage implementation activities through go-live and hypercare phases.
• Work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within scope and to budget.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
