Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Project Manager to support its Energy Portfolio across EMEA. You will validate invoices, track contracts, and produce operational analytics while coordinating with utilities, suppliers and internal teams such as finance, commercial, legal and project delivery.

The role emphasizes robust data analysis, dashboard development and stakeholder communication across multidisciplinary, international teams, with interviews conducted in person or virtually.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, coordination or commercial operations within energy, utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-focused mindset.
• Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of an energy contract portfolio across EMEA.
• Validate utility bills and invoices (PPA, ESA).
• Investigate billing discrepancies and support resolution of queries.
• Maintain invoice records, contract information and portfolio documentation.
• Track milestones: Conditions Precedent, CODs and expiry dates.
• Maintain and update portfolio trackers and dashboards.
• Support regulatory reporting and environmental attribute tracking.
• Assist with KPI reporting and operational analysis.
• Coordinate actions across finance, legal, procurement, commercial and project delivery teams.
