Enterprise Services includes departments like Governance and Reporting (ESGR), Client Operations, Business Operations, Data Solutions, Digital Solutions, and The Resiliency Office, all reporting to the Chief of Enterprise Services. These functions help optimize client delivery, improve efficiencies, resilience, and support our digitization strategy.

The impact of this role: This position ensures a robust governance framework and a strong control environment across Enterprise Services. Responsibilities include developing and delivering performance reports, managing risks, ensuring compliance with standards, and partnering with stakeholders to drive operational improvements.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to strategic projects within Enterprise Services, ensuring standards are met
• Manage key performance data for executive reporting, providing insights and recommendations
• Implement corrective actions and enhance internal controls for operational efficiency
• Assess and improve governance and reporting mechanisms, collaborating with stakeholders
• Build relationships with leadership to emphasize the importance of a strong control environment
• Align ESGR objectives with organizational goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
