We are seeking a Director of Strategy to join our growing team.

21GRAMS, part of Real Chemistry, focuses on making healthcare more human through innovative advertising and business practices, emphasizing collaboration, client relationships, and a positive workplace culture. We aim to make a significant impact—does this resonate with you?

As Strategy Director, you will shape and execute brand strategies to drive growth and enhance brand equity, collaborating with leadership, teams, and partners to develop comprehensive, targeted strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing brand positioning, messaging, and creative briefs that communicate the brand story effectively.
  • Collaborating with Account Management, Creative, and Project Management teams to create integrated omnichannel campaigns with measurable results.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in omnichannel marketing, and applying these insights.
  • Creating strategies that reach target audiences, increase brand awareness, and contribute to campaign success.
  • Leading workshops, tactical, and brand planning sessions.
  • Conducting market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Driving innovation in brand strategies and marketing approaches.
  • Establishing KPIs and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Mentoring team members and fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects.
