Semrush Inc. is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to lead enterprise SEO and GEO initiatives. You will guide structured discovery, build multi-quarter roadmaps, and drive scalable governance and operating models across marketing, product, engineering, and content teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure strategic alignment and long-term growth, while surfacing insights to accelerate value realization for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead discovery engagements and translate insights into executive roadmaps.
• Experience designing scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional workflows.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and align strategies at Director/VP level.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success and Product in a SaaS/MarTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity, workflows, and readiness.
• Translate findings into phased multi-quarter roadmaps with measurable outcomes and milestones.
• Design scalable governance and operating models for long-term adoption and cross-functional alignment.
• Facilitate executive workshops, prioritization sessions, and stakeholder alignment across lifecycle.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Product to sustain strategic continuity and growth.
