Semrush Consulting Services seeks an experienced Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers in designing transformational SEO and GEO roadmaps. You will lead discovery, develop multi-quarter strategies, and guide scalable operating models embedding SEO/GEO into digital marketing ecosystems.

Applicants bring 8+ years in digital strategy, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to translate insights into executive-ready plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting or related roles.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery engagements and roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks and cross-functional workflows.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders at director/VP level and connecting initiatives to business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to enterprise customers by leading discovery to assess SEO and GEO maturity and readiness.
• Translate insights into phased roadmaps with pri orities, milestones and success criteria.
• Design scalable governance and operating models for long-term adoption across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Content teams.
• Lead executive workshops, briefings, and risk assessments to align stakeholders and drive value realization.
• Identify opportunities for expanded engagement and surface product improvement needs.
