Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience prospecting into Enterprise accounts (1000+ employees)
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate value of solutions
• Ability to assess prospects' needs and tailor outreach to align with business challenges
• Experience creating and executing a structured prospecting plan
• Interest in market trends and customer pain points

Responsibilities

• Prospect into existing customers to expand relationship and build a pipeline for a Enterprise Account Manager
• Articulate the company value proposition and educate leads on our full suite of solutions
• Focus on the business impact, not just features, by understanding pain points across sales, marketing, operations and recruiting
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities
• Create trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders
