Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a SCADA Technology & Solutions Lead in Belfast, UK. This role involves leading the development of enterprise-scale SCADA architectures and ensuring effective integration of OT and IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SCADA systems and relevant technical leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale SCADA architectures within water or utility environments.
• Strong understanding of OT systems and practical IT/OT convergence.
• Experience working across complex, mixed-vendor and legacy estates.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SCADA and OT platform option assessments.
• Provide technical leadership across converged IT/OT domains.
• Define and govern vendor-agnostic SCADA and OT platform selection criteria.
• Own and shape the Unified Namespace and standardisation approach.
• Champion modern OT integration patterns for secure data flows.
• Chair architectural and technical design reviews.
