Job summary

Motorway is hiring for an Enterprise Operations role based in Brighton. You will be the primary contact for enterprise lease customers, guiding them through vehicle returns and inspections, and coordinating with dealer partners to ensure a smooth sales process.

You will handle calls and communications across phone, email and WhatsApp, verify details, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records. The role emphasizes accuracy, process adherence and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for enterprise lease customers via phone, email and WhatsApp guiding them through their vehicle return and inspection process.
• Conduct customer calls to verify identity, review vehicle inspections, confirm eligibility, and set expectations.
• Gather and validate vehicle details including mileage, service history, condition and inspection photos to prepare vehicles for sale.
• Explain inspection outcomes and indicative charges clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate collections and capture preferred collection dates, logistics and transport details.
• Move vehicles through onboarding, enquiry creation, sale readiness, post-sale support and invoicing with accurate handover.
• Generate and share damage reports and assist with post-sale queries.
• Keep systems, trackers and dashboards up to date to meet quality, compliance and SLA standards.
• Collaborate with Transport, B2B Sales Specialist and Strategic Account teams for a smooth customer experience.
• Aim to meet quality, productivity and customer experience targets while following enterprise processes.
