Job summary

Motorway is expanding its Enterprise team in Brighton, building a ground‑breaking remarketing service for businesses selling vehicles to dealers. You will be the main contact for enterprise lease customers, guiding them through returns, inspections and collections, while coordinating with dealer partners for a smooth process.

You’ll manage end‑to‑end vehicle workflows, explain inspection outcomes, and handle post‑sale queries.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking with customers and dealers on phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple workflows across systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for enterprise lease customers via phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct customer calls to verify identity, review vehicle inspections, confirm eligibility and set expectations.
• Gather and validate vehicle details including mileage, service history and condition for sale.
• Explain inspection outcomes and fees clearly to customers.
• Coordinate collections and confirm logistics details.
• Move vehicles through onboarding, enquiry, sale readiness and post-sale steps.
• Handle post-sale queries and share damage reports.
• Keep systems and dashboards up to date to meet SLA standards.
• Collaborate with Transport, B2B Sales Specialist and Strategic Account teams.
