The candidate will support business development by engaging prospects and clients in the UK, driving sales, and promoting AI and metaverse solutions tailored to client needs.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients in industries such as hospitality, retail, and education within the UK, introducing company solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and objectives, and positioning solutions as enablers of digital transformation.
  • Tailored Solutions: Work with clients to provide customized immersive training environments, AI analytics, or virtual experiences.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on trends, regulations, and competitors to refine strategies.
  • Localization of Offerings: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet language, cultural, and regulatory needs.
  • Networking and Outreach: Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads and promote solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring smooth transition from deal closure to implementation, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience in Immersive, Metaverse, AI, VR/AR, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira, Trello) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Industry knowledge with experience managing complex projects.
  • Passion for immersive technologies and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
