Delivery Consultant at Click Recruitment Scotland (part of the Pertemps Group)

As an ERP Implementation Consultant, you'll help our clients customers adopt their next-generation ERP platform. You’ll guide them through every step—from understanding their business operations to training their teams and configuring their systems.

You’ll:

• Lead discovery sessions to map customer processes and identify improvements
• Configure the system to align with each customer’s unique operations
• Deliver training, support, and guidance to users throughout the project
• Encourage customers to challenge old ways of working and embrace change
• Work closely with Project Leaders, Data Analysts, and Support teams
• Deliver most projects remotely, with occasional on-site visits to build strong client relationships

We welcome candidates who:

• Have experience implementing ERP or other business software solutions
• OR
• Come from a background in accounts, inventory, warehousing, or distribution and want to move into software consultancy

You’ll also need to:

• Understand how operational processes work in a business setting
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers at all levels
• Be tech-savvy and eager to become a product expert
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Stay organised across multiple projects
• Hold a UK driving licence and own a car

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer journey during implementation
• Analyse and map business processes to software functionality
• Train users on system features and best practices
• Configure systems to meet operational requirements
• Provide expert guidance and ongoing support through go-live
• Track project milestones and work with internal teams to resolve issues
• Keep up to date with software updates and new features
