About The Job

As an Implementation Consultant at Nourish, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring our customers receive exceptional training and support during onboarding. Your role involves leading customers through tailored implementation processes, collaborating with internal teams, and providing hands-on training. Flexibility to travel for onsite support and training is required.

The Role and Responsibilities

1. Take handovers from the sales team, working closely with Business Development Managers to understand customer needs and success metrics.
2. Conduct scoping sessions to assess customer needs and recommend customized configurations following best practices.
3. Collaborate on infrastructure requirements for seamless integration and performance.
4. Provision services for successful implementation aligned with project goals.
5. Deliver comprehensive training on software functionalities, workflows, and best practices.
6. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, resolving technical or functional challenges.
7. Manage implementation processes independently, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
8. Coordinate with hardware teams to ensure timely delivery of hardware.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and feature adoption to enhance productivity.
10. Provide strategic insights to optimise platform usage and customer success.
11. Work closely with the project manager when the PMO leads customer deployments.
12. Prepare handovers to the Customer Success team after implementation, ensuring full understanding of learnings and context.
13. Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Hubspot).

Required Experience

1. A passion for the Health and Social Care sector.
2. Experience implementing or onboarding SaaS products.
3. Experience delivering face-to-face and remote training.
4. Consultative mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
5. Ability to learn new software quickly and enable others.
6. Strong workload management and prioritisation skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable to various audiences.
8. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
