This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique SaaS firm specializing in custom ERP solutions for strategy management. The business continues to evolve with blue-chip clients across multiple industries. We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their existing team of three. This is a new role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, involving project management, customer success, and software configuration/testing. The team operates on a flat structure, offering high autonomy and room for growth and client portfolio development.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full lifecycle of service engagement for an assigned client portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction, expansion, upsell, and service needs.
2. Perform customer-facing onboarding activities, including discovery, outcome creation, success planning, and platform training.
3. Analyze requirements, design and document solutions, configure software, test, and support clients during rollout.
4. Engage regularly with customers during onboarding to address questions and ensure a world-class experience.
5. Contribute to project management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines.
6. Achieve key onboarding KPIs such as milestones, response times, time to value, and customer satisfaction.
7. Work consultatively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored guidance for successful platform adoption.

Experience Needed:

• Proven experience in software implementation and client consulting in a B2B environment.
• Strong skills in configuration, testing, and delivering bespoke software solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple clients, upselling, and maximizing revenue.
• Attention to detail and experience across the full integration and project management lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
