Greene King is seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO Planning Manager to shape the strategic change portfolio within our Group Planning, Delivery & Change function. You will translate Phase 0 ideas into ready-to-prioritise initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to maximise value from strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise PMO, strategic planning, portfolio management or change environments within a complex organisation.
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex information into executive-level recommendations.
• Proven experience developing business cases, investment proposals and prioritisation frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills with confidence engaging senior leaders.
• Knowledge of project, programme and portfolio management and business analysis; professional qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead shaping and development of strategic initiatives, defining scope, risks, dependencies and success measures before delivery.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to clarify opportunities and create decision-ready recommendations.
• Support enterprise strategic planning and prioritisation by assessing alignment, interdependencies and investment options.
• Develop initiative briefs and support business case creation for informed investment decisions.
• Ensure smooth transition into delivery with readiness criteria and structured handovers.
