Job summary

Legora AB is seeking a Platform Consultant to join our enterprise team, owning issues end-to-end and ensuring seamless handoffs across regions. You’ll master Legora’s platform—Assistant, Tabular Review, Workflows, Editor, and the Word Add-in—and translate complex technical detail into confident guidance for demanding legal teams.

Qualifications

Owned complex, high-stakes B2B relationships with demanding professional clients.
Turn frustrated users into advocates with high-quality resolutions.
Notice patterns, surface issues before escalation, collaborate across functions.
Technically curious; learn new software quickly.
Write clearly under pressure with confirmed facts, named owners, and next steps.
Fluent with support tooling such as Intercom or Zendesk.
Background in SaaS, AI, or legal tech is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Enterprise and Strategic Premium issues from first signal to resolution.
Build deep platform expertise across Legora modules to diagnose complex issues.
Translate technical detail into concise, confident guidance for demanding users.
Resolve issues to completion; escalate with diagnostics when needed.
Drive improvements with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
Produce reusable playbooks, guides, and templates.
Maintain enterprise readiness and smooth handoffs across regions.
