Job summary

QCIC is seeking an experienced Physical Security Installation & Service Engineer to install, configure, maintain and support electronic security systems across London client sites. You will handle access control and CCTV platforms with strong diagnostic capabilities and a focus on customer service.

The role requires on-site work, on-call availability, and the ability to deliver high-quality installations and upgrades, while liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure system performance and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in installing and servicing electronic security systems.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and integrated security solutions.
• Experience with enterprise access control platforms such as Genetec, Lenel, and Pro-Watch.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, commission, and maintain physical security systems including access control and CCTV.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and fault diagnostics.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer systems.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams and third-party suppliers to resolve issues.
• Complete accurate service reports and handover documentation.
