Deputy is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant - Payroll. You will own end-to-end delivery for complex payroll projects with enterprise clients, mentoring teammates and collaborating with architects to tailor solutions.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder engagement and process improvement across global teams. You will drive requirements, validate through workshops, define clear plans, and train customers to ensure long-term success while delivering scalable outcomes for Deputy's largest

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to document deliverables and requirements.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll implementations for large customers.
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor during payroll implementation processes.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices and engagement strategies.
• Validate customer requirements through workshops with stakeholders.
• Define project plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to tailor solutions.
• Coordinate with CX Engineers and partners to deliver work.
• Map business structures to Deputy for performance optimization.
• Proactively communicate status, risks and health of projects.
• Train customers with sessions and materials for long-term success
• Help document configurations and handover to support
