Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Network Design Engineer in Central London to design scalable, secure IT infrastructure for enterprise clients. The role is office-based five days a week, requiring hands-on design, assessment, and client-facing activities.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, producing technical designs and documentation, and guiding project delivery to improve performance and security across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with LAN/WAN and enterprise wireless networking.
• Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge and trouble-shooting skills.
• Experience designing infrastructure solutions for clients.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments and virtualisation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements.
• Design networking and infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct network and Wi-Fi assessments, surveys and audits.
• Produce technical designs, proposals, and documentation.
• Support project delivery and provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, resilience, and security.
