Job summary

CVFine by Instrovate Technologies is seeking an M365 Copilot Administrator in the UK to own the deployment, governance, and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot for an enterprise workforce.

Responsibilities include managing data governance, ensuring compliance, and training users on Copilot features. The role offers a salary range of £55,000–£75,000, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement. This is a highly technical position requiring substantial Microsoft 365 experience and Copilot expertise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience with at least 1 year focused on Copilot or AI features.
• Deep Microsoft 365 technical knowledge: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment: licence management and user provisioning.
• Configure and maintain Copilot governance controls.
• Monitor Copilot adoption and usage: trend reporting and interventions.
