Job summary

Chroma Recruitment is seeking a professional to design and build workflows, apps, automations and AI agents that help a busy business get things done. You will work across Intapp, ServiceNow, Power Platform and Copilot Studio, choosing configuration, low-code or code as needed.

You’ll translate business needs into practical technical solutions, maintain secure and scalable implementations, and collaborate with governance teams to ensure privacy and accessibility while delivering reliable results.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering solutions on at least one enterprise workflow, automation, low-code or AI platform.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Knowledge of workflow design, data modelling, integration patterns, APIs and IAM.
• Understanding of security, privacy, accessibility and information governance.

Responsibilities

• Dig into business processes and turn them into practical solution designs.
• Build and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, apps, automations and AI agents.
• Connect enterprise platforms, internal systems, APIs and data services.
• Keep things secure, maintainable and easy for others to support.
• Use proper source control, testing and release practices.
• Collaborate with platform owners on security, privacy and accessibility.
• Fix issues across configuration, integrations and data, then improve after go-live.
• Write clear designs and documentation.
• Explain options and trade-offs to technical and non-technical people.
• Offer realistic estimates and flag risks early.
• Review colleagues' work and help shape shared standards and reusable components.
• Use approved AI tools to speed up design, build, testing and documentation with human checks.
• Design AI solutions with users in mind, including transparency and oversight.
• Stay aware of new platform and AI capabilities and spot value opportunities.
