Job summary

Scale Factory is seeking a Lead Intelligent Automation & Low-Code Consultant with active SC clearance for a London-based hybrid contract. You will design and deliver automation solutions using Power Platform and Copilot, mentor junior staff, and engage with C-suite stakeholders to shape automation strategy.

This hands-on role demands strong technical skills and leadership to drive impactful automation initiatives for our clients.

Qualifications

• Must have active Security Clearance.
• Proven Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio, Copilot in Power Platform).
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to communicate with C-level executives.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading Developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver innovative automation and low-code solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Engage with senior stakeholders (including C-suite) to drive automation initiatives.
• Lead hands-on delivery while influencing strategic automation decisions.
