Job summary

The Scale Factory Ltd is seeking a Lead Intelligent Automation & Low-Code Consultant to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using the Power Platform and Copilot. You will engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and mentor junior developers while guiding strategic automation initiatives.

You will lead hands-on delivery, stay at the forefront of AI-driven automation, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure robust, scalable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and delivering automation and low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and related Studio tooling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including communication with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution development for automation and low-code initiatives across client projects.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape automation strategies and demonstrate value.
• mentor junior developers and potentially lead a small delivery team.
• Stay ahead of Microsoft technologies and Copilot capabilities to bring innovative ideas to clients.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and consultants to ensure scalable solutions.
