Job summary

Chroma Recruitment is seeking a professional to design and build workflows, apps, automations and AI agents that help a busy business get things done. You will work across Intapp, ServiceNow, Power Platform and Copilot Studio, choosing configuration, low-code or code as needed.

You’ll translate business needs into practical technical solutions, maintain secure and scalable implementations, and collaborate with governance teams to ensure privacy and accessibility while delivering reliable results.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering solutions on at least one enterprise workflow, automation, low-code or AI platform.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Knowledge of workflow design, data modelling, integration patterns, APIs and IAM.
• Understanding of security, privacy, accessibility and information governance.

Responsibilities

The role

You'll be building the workflows, apps, automations and AI agents that help a busy business get things done. It's a mix of working out what people actually need, designing a sensible solution, then building and looking after it.

You'll work across Intapp, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, picking the right approach each time, whether that's configuration, low-code or a bit of custom code.

What you'll be doing

• Digging into business processes and turning them into practical solution designs
• Building and maintaining workflows, forms, business rules, apps, automations and AI agents
• Connecting enterprise platforms, internal systems, APIs and data services
• Keeping things secure, maintainable and easy for others to support
• Using proper source control, testing and release practices
• Working with platform owners and governance teams on security, privacy and accessibility
• Fixing issues across configuration, integrations and data, then improving things after go-live
• Writing clear designs and documentation
• Explaining options and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical people
• Giving realistic estimates and flagging risks early
• Reviewing colleagues' work and helping shape shared standards and reusable components
• Using approved AI tools sensibly to speed up design, build, testing and documentation, always with a human check
• Designing AI solutions with real users in mind, including transparency, oversight and being upfront about limitations
• Keeping an eye on new platform and AI capabilities and spotting where they could add value

What you'll bring

• Experience delivering solutions on at least one enterprise workflow, automation, low-code or AI platform
• A knack for turning business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Good knowledge of workflow design, data modelling, integration patterns, APIs and identity and access management
• An understanding of security, privacy, accessibility and information governance
• Experience with structured testing, release management and application lifecycle management
• The ability to decide when to configure, use low-code, extend a platform or write custom code
• Clear written and spoken communication
• Sensible AI literacy, including checking AI outputs and explaining the risks and limits to users
• Comfort working across teams, juggling priorities and picking up new tech quickly
