Job summary

Formulate Digital is seeking a Mid-Level Low-Code Developer to design, build and maintain smart business solutions using Power Platform, Airtable and Power BI. This hybrid role is based in Guildford with two days in the office and the rest remote.

You will translate client needs into scalable low-code applications, automate workflows, and contribute to dashboards and data models while embracing AI-enhanced tooling.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in low-code development or automation.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform or Airtable, including automations and interfaces.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, with basic data modelling.
• Interest in AI tools and vibe coding to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain applications, workflows and automations using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Build and manage databases and interfaces in Airtable to support workflows.
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI, including data modelling basics.
• Translate client needs into practical low-code solutions.
• Utilise AI tools to speed prototyping and problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes across the business.
• Test, document and hand over solutions that are reliable and secure.
• Collaborate with the development team and share knowledge.
• Stay updated on new features and best practices in low-code and AI tooling.
