Job summary

Randstad Digital UK is hiring an Account Manager to lead a dedicated industry sector, owning client relationships, driving revenue and gross profit. You will hunt, secure and scale high-margin accounts with a supportive delivery team and full autonomy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in IT/Digital recruitment sales within the UK market.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating terms at the enterprise level.
• Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Take total ownership of designated market sector and build a dominant market presence.
• Prospect, win and grow target accounts with full commercial responsibility.
• Build multi-level contact strategies with senior stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, HR Directors, procurement).
• Own your client database end-to-end; structure robust supply agreements and protect GP margins.
• Collaborate with internal delivery leads to ensure seamless account implementation and SLA fulfillment.
