Randstad Digital in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to building strong client relationships. The role focuses on IT permanent recruitment, expanding your own client portfolio and presenting top IT talent to meet client requirements.

You will write engaging job advertisements, source candidates from databases and job boards, and leverage online tools to grow your network of IT professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT permanent recruitment, including new business development and recruiting.
• Proven track record of building and growing client relationships, winning new business, and managing key accounts.
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates using databases and job boards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own client portfolio through business development and sales calls, generating new relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Source, screen, and present qualified IT talent tailored to client requirements, leveraging our database, job boards, applications, and online tools.
• Write engaging job advertisements to attract the right talent and develop your own network of skilled IT professionals.
