Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Services Europe Sarl, UK Branch seeks an Inside Sales Representative to build pipeline and drive sales of satellite services to customers across Southern Europe. You will collaborate with Enterprise sales, solutions architects, and product managers to qualify leads, conduct demonstrations, close deals, and manage accounts.

This role requires fluency in Italian and English at C1 or higher, experience in enterprise inside sales, and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• Experience in Inside Sales in Enterprise Markets, working directly with end-users rather than channel partners, with preference for satellite or cloud networking experience.
• Experience with developing, negotiating and executing business agreements with customers with annual revenue >$1B

Responsibilities

• Act as initial entry point and triage for customer inquiries for the EU Direct B2B team, responding directly to or passing to Enterprise sales team as appropriate.
• Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities for our services in assigned markets
• Conducting online product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Working closely with Amazon Leo Deal Desk and Sales Operations, qualifying leads and managing sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Collaborate with field sales teams to support larger, more complex deals
• Staying up-to-date on our technology, competitor offerings, and industry trends
• Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Providing feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions
