Job summary

Zuba is building a global cross-border payments platform in London and seeks an Account Executive to originate, close, and grow institutional clients across corridors. You will run full sales cycles with financial institutions, remittance operators, and platforms embedding cross-border payments, and work directly with the Head of Sales and the CEO.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B sales in fintech, payments or financial services.
• Experience selling to institutional buyers (banks, remittance operators, platforms).
• Ability to run full sales cycle from prospecting to close and to manage complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Run full sales cycles: prospect, qualify, price, negotiate and close institutional deals.
• Own activation: drive contract to first live transaction and coordinate KYB/compliance and integrations.
• Grow your book: expand to new corridors, higher volumes and deeper integration.
• Forecast honestly with clean pipeline data and real close dates.
• Feed market intelligence back into pricing and selling strategies.
