Qualifications
- Experience delivering ERP implementations end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of ERP methodologies and best practice.
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll processes.
- Excellent programme leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of our enterprise-wide ERP implementation.
- Programme planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource management.
- Governance, reporting and assurance to senior leadership and boards.
- Organisation-wide process redesign and standardisation.
- Stakeholder engagement across executive, operational and delivery teams.
- Data migration, systems integration and testing oversight.
- Cutover, go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.
- Benefits realisation and performance tracking.
