Job summary

Klaviyo is hiring Customer Success Professionals (CSMs) for our London office in a hybrid setup (3 days in office). You will drive customer outcomes, build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and leverage CRM, data analytics and marketing automation to deliver growth for EMEA customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer success or related fields, with experience in campaign management, marketing tech, and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer success or account management with multiple stakeholders.
• Background in campaign management, CRM, digital marketing, data, or analytics.
• Experience with AI tools in work or personal projects and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation technologies.
• Proven track record of advising customers or executing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Transform workflows by integrating AI into processes.
• Establish yourself as trusted advisor for enterprise clients.
• Drive Net Revenue Retention by reducing churn and expanding accounts.
• Create customized success plans aligned to customer goals.
• Increase email, SMS, and digital channel revenue through Klaviyo platform.
