Job summary

Cisco is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end customer engagements across Cisco technologies. You will drive initiatives from initiation through planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring alignment with customer goals and Cisco objectives.

You will coordinate with SDMs and CXMs, manage budgets and governance, and apply PMI/Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes while ensuring compliance and transparent communications across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated Project or Program Management delivering enterprise software cloud SaaS or professional services.
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex multi-stakeholder engagements from kick-off to closeout.
• Act as trusted advisor; drive remediation of blockers to maintain customer confidence.
• Standardize delivery using blueprints, service offerings and best practices.
• Own project plans, schedules, milestones, and project P&L aligned to Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Provide rigorous reporting on progress, baselines, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage revenue recognition, margins, and resource forecasting through PSA/system tracking.
