Job summary

Hiya seeks a senior Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of large UK and European customers. You will drive retention, renewals, and expansion while proving the value of Hiya Connect to senior leaders across the region.

You’ll manage multilingual accounts in English plus French, Spanish or German, collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product and leadership to grow revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or enterprise account management at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Fluent English with business-level proficiency in French, Spanish or German for executive conversations.
• Track record of growing large, complex enterprise accounts with substantial renewals and expansions.

Responsibilities

• Own 20–25 strategic enterprise accounts across the UK and Europe, focusing on retention, renewals and expansion.
• Build executive relationships from Director to C-level across CX, contact centre, marketing, fraud, security and procurement.
• Develop strategic account plans mapping customer objectives, success metrics and growth opportunities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews quantifying ROI and agree next priorities.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to identify and close expansions across new geographies and Hiya products.
