Job summary
Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Cloud Programme Manager to lead complex cloud and infrastructure transformation programmes for enterprise clients, from strategy to delivery and benefits realisation. You will drive multi-workstream initiatives across AWS, Azure and GCP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Experience leading medium-to-large cloud & infrastructure programmes.
- Delivery of cloud migrations and modernisation across AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Strong governance capability: business case, roadmap, RAID, reporting.
- Stakeholder mgmt across senior executives, finance, procurement, eng/ops.
- Experience with AI or data workloads in programmes.
- Certifications such as MSP, PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2 or Scrum desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead major workstreams or programmes end-to-end, owning client relationships and deliverables.
- Drive programme governance, SOW management, and executive reporting.
- Define and track benefits, translating technical change into business value.
- Lead cross-functional teams including client, Capgemini, hyperscalers and vendors.
- Apply AI tooling to accelerate delivery and data workload migration/modernisation.
