Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Cloud Programme Manager to lead complex cloud and infrastructure transformation programmes for enterprise clients, from strategy to delivery and benefits realisation.

You will steer multi-workstream migrations across AWS, Azure and GCP, own governance, and drive business value with client stakeholders. Flexible, hybrid UK-wide assignments with senior leadership exposure and a focus on cutting-edge AI-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-workstream cloud and infrastructure transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to translate business cases into delivery outcomes.
• Strong governance, RAID, roadmap and SOW management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud and infra transformation programmes across enterprise clients.
• Oversee governance backbone including business case, roadmap, RAID, dependency management and executive reporting.
• Define, track and realise programme benefits with client finance and business stakeholders.
• Coach cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships across Capgemini, hyperscalers and partners.
• Apply AI tooling to accelerate delivery and migration, including AI-enabled projects.
