Job summary

Sword Health is hiring a Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of approximately 20-30 international enterprise clients. You will act as the senior advisor to stakeholders, and lead cross-functional engagement strategies to drive retention and value realization.

This role moves from executive strategy to operating detail. You will diagnose blockers to client value, involve Sword partners, and maintain a credible client plan even when internal owners are unclear.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, including enterprise clients and renewals.
• Proven track record of renewals and expansion opportunities, with retention targets.
• Experience delivering metric-based reporting and clear HR/senior stakeholder storytelling.
• Strong prioritization across high-touch and scalable engagement.
• Self-starting, fast-paced in a high-growth environment.
• Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships for a book of 20–30 enterprise clients outside the US.
• Understand client business needs and wellbeing goals to drive measurable value.
