G MASS Consulting is supporting a growing UK specialist bank by recruiting an Enterprise Business Architect to provide a bank-wide view of organisation, capabilities and shared services for the next growth phase.

The role owns the capability model and transformation roadmap, prioritising change by value, risk and dependency, and works closely with executive leadership, Technology Architecture, and Business Analysis to translate priorities into a deliverable plan.

Competenze

• Extensive experience as an enterprise-level business architect with capability models and transformation roadmaps.
• Banking or financial services background, ideally within a regulated lending environment.
• Proven ability to influence and advise executive and board-level stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, setting direction without a supporting team.
• Strong understanding of how business architecture connects with technology architecture and business analysis.

G MASS Consulting is supporting a growing UK specialist bank in the search for an Enterprise Business Architect. This is a new position, created to give the bank a single, joined-up view of how it should organise itself for the next stage of its growth. Reporting into senior leadership, the Enterprise Business Architect will take a bank-wide view of how the business is organised, identifying where shared capabilities can be introduced across the lending divisions and where divisional approaches should remain.

The role will own the bank's capability model and transformation roadmap, prioritising change by value, risk and dependency. Working closely with the executive team, Technology Architecture and Business Analysis, you will ensure strategic priorities translate into a clear, deliverable plan.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a business architect at enterprise level, with hands-on ownership of capability models and transformation roadmaps.
• A background in banking or financial services, ideally within a regulated lending environment.
• Proven ability to influence and advise executive and board-level stakeholders, with the credibility to hold a position under scrutiny.
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, setting your own direction and delivering outcomes without a supporting team.
• Strong understanding of how business architecture connects with technology architecture and business analysis in delivering large-scale change.

Desirable

• Experience within a top-tier or boutique strategy consultancy.
• Exposure to specialist lending, such as commercial, asset, property or structured finance.
• A track record of helping a multi-divisional or siloed organisation transition to shared capabilities.
