Job summary

G MASS Consulting is recruiting an Enterprise Business Architect to provide a bank-wide view of how to organise the business for the next growth phase. You will own the capability model and transformation roadmap, prioritising initiatives by value, risk and dependency, in close partnership with senior leadership and Technology Architecture.

You will work across lending divisions and executive teams to translate strategic goals into a deliverable plan, defining centralised capabilities where

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise-level architecture experience with ownership of capability models and roadmaps.
• Background in banking or financial services preferred, regulated lending environment.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into defined business capabilities and priorities.
• Create and own the capability map, advising on centralisation vs divisions.
• Own the transformation roadmap, prioritising by value, risk and interdependencies.
• Provide an impartial, bank-wide perspective to guide investments and sequencing.
• Collaborate with Technology Architecture and Business Analysis to align technology with the future business shape.
• Set context for Business Analysis teams and ensure programmes stay on track with the roadmap.
• Build consensus among divisional heads around a shared operating model, leading by influence.
