Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to manage enterprise AV solution deployments, coordinating internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and a seamless experience.

You will lead pre-deployment coordination, oversee site readiness, maintain documentation, run risk mitigation, and drive successful handover with post-install support. Travel may be required to support deployments across strategic sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise AV or ICT projects.
• Strong coordination across multiple teams and partners.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and status reporting.
• Focused on risk management, issue tracking, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of customers and AV partners at project start.
• Act as primary contact through project lifecycle and communicate objectives/timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate professional services and site visits; track progress and risks.
• Produce meeting minutes, action logs, and Scope of Work docs.
• Ensure successful handover and project sign-off upon completion.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of technical concerns with Technical Services.
