Job summary

Sword Services Greece S.A. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead architecture strategy and engage across major programmes. You will work with project teams, Solution Architects and external suppliers to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, guardrails and company standards.

The role requires significant Enterprise Architecture experience with hands-on engagement, balancing strategic oversight and detailed solution delivery across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior Enterprise Architecture positions.
• Experience in Solution Architecture roles.
• Experience working across strategic architecture and project-level delivery.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance and solution assurance.
• Broad technical understanding across applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, data, security and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps and capability models.
• Review architectural collateral and address gaps.
• Develop current-state and target-state architectures across domains.
• Translate priorities into practical architecture directions for programmes.
• Ensure architecture collateral is accurate and accessible to delivery teams.
• Act as senior architectural contact for designated domains and programmes.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand business needs and dependencies.
• Provide architectural direction for project decisions and align with target-state architecture.
• Review and assure designs produced by teams, architects, vendors and partners.
