Qualifications

• 8+ years in Enterprise Architecture, IT governance or architecture consulting.
• Experience leading architecture engagements within large organisations.
• Hands-on with architecture frameworks, standards, governance models and operating models.
• Experience evaluating tooling, cost, risk and roadmaps.
• Experience managing client engagements, workstreams and delivery quality.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with proposal and account development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy, governance and capability development.
• Define targets, roadmaps and technology investment priorities.
• Design and operate Architecture Review Boards and governance forums.
• Direct client engagements, workshops and senior stakeholder meetings.
• Coach and develop consultants and architects, supporting career growth.
• Prepare reports, roadmaps and executive-level recommendations.
