Omnea is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to own deployment of the Omnea platform end to end, typically running 3-5 enterprise deployments concurrently for Europe’s most recognisable companies. You will advise customers on the best-fit configuration, direct AI-assisted build work to accelerate delivery, and validate every output against customer needs.

This early hire will navigate enterprise politics with Legal, Finance and exec sponsors, becoming the internal voice of the customer.

Responsabilités

• Run discovery with stakeholder across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT to translate processes into Omnea configurations.
• Design the target workflow including approvals, routing and integrations for complex procurements.
• Own sequencing in multi-integration deployments and decide which system is the source of truth.
• Define success criteria and a realistic path to go-live with the project sponsor.
• Configure specialized agents (intake, risk) and ensure end-to-end workflows work.
• Write scalable specs for chained agents where outputs feed into inputs.
• Validate AI outputs against real processes, policies and edge cases before shipping.
• Handle judgment calls on ambiguous requirements and internal politics.
• Deploy and prove value by showing time-to-launch and CSAT improvements.
